The Umber Flow series explores the quiet movement of earthy tones through reactive glazes. Warm umber browns melt into creamy whites and mineral speckles, creating surfaces like layers of earth slowly revealed over time.

Each piece is hand-pinched, giving the forms soft, organic edges and subtle traces of touch. The clay retains gentle irregularities and fingerprints, embracing a wabi-sabi sensibility, finding beauty in imperfection, asymmetry, and the natural marks of the handmade process.

Glazes are layered with decorating slips, allowing them to flow and transform in the kiln. As they melt during firing, they create fluid transitions and natural variations, making every piece entirely unique.
